Accredited Executive Coach Training
Diploma in Intermediate Executive Coaching receives ICF ACSTH status
We are delighted to announce that the Diploma in Intermediate Executive Coaching has been approved as 43 hours of Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (“ACSTH”) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The Approved Coach Specific Training Hours designation is awarded to programs that follow the ICF Definition of Coaching, Code of Ethics, and Core Competencies, and that meet professional standards for coach training programs established by the ICF. Graduation from an ACSTH program will meet the ICF's requirements for individual coach certification for student contact learning hours for the number of hours of the programme.
This flagship programme is now accredited by Middlesex University, the EMCC, the ICF, and is an Association for Coaching recognised course thereby offering you the highest standards in coach training and reflecting the Academy’s commitment to supporting your professional development at the highest level.

Information about our Coaching in Organisations Services and Programmes
Coaching can access the latent energy, knowledge and creativity within the organisation - mobilise and align it to the organisational vision and objectives - then ensure that the completion of goals are tracked and measured for success.
Whether its lacklustre business generation, weak/authoritarian leadership, ineffective management, poor performance appraisals or no succession pipeline, a combination of individual and team coaching can quickly identify and release the blocks to change, innovation and action.
The AEC Organisational Coaching team is not there to ‘take over’ but to identify and coach your internal resources to do the work themselves. This ultimately becomes a cost effective route because it means your key talent and high performance teams create a self-sufficient and self-managing learning organisation.
Through the use of skilled coaches, coach trainers, psychometrics and 360 feedback mechanisms the AEC can work with you to diagnose the problems and find specialist solutions in the areas of:-
• Performance Improvement
• Critical Incident and Remedial Coaching
• Leadership Development
• Talent Management & Succession Planning
• Change Management
• Evolving a Coaching Culture
Information about our Individual Coach Training
When you join one of our programmes, you will be challenged and stretched to achieve your potential. When you leave the programme, you will have a highly respected qualification and effective, well tested coaching skills. In addition, you will know more clearly how you want to develop your practice.
The AEC delivers some of the best and most accredited coach training programmes in the country. We are committed to providing transformative and rigorous programmes that are thoroughly grounded in psychological theory and experience.
Coaching training has grown out of a profession which is still in an entrepreneurial, pioneering phase of its development. The AEC’s response is to not just set high standards internally but to apply for– and achieve – accreditation for our core coach programmes, the Diploma in Executive Coaching and the Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching. This accreditation means that our programmes have independent assessment criteria and ongoing monitoring of programmes.
We have created our coach training programmes with this purpose: to facilitate what Mahatma Gandhi famously said “We must be the change we wish to see in the world”. We provide opportunities to transform, starting with the self and rippling out to coaching clients, organisations, communities. |
